Kentucky Line, 2008
Earth Drawing #2
Private residence, Louisville, KY
177’ x 115’ x 6’ tall

Photography: William MacLean

The second in a series of large-scale earth drawings in which the artist is continuing to explore the character of a line drawing.

The Kentucky Line is consciously more ‘modern’ than her previous earth drawings that will alter one‘s experience of the field, as it changes from 5 and 6 feet above the field down to a depth that brings the viewer’s eye level to the grade of the field.
